It's that time of the year again when we take pause from our self-absorbed existence and give praise for the many blessings we do have. This is especially true in a homeless person's life.
The average stay on the streets for many homeless is about 6 months, and that is only if the financial bottom has dropped out. Factor in the "pity party", depending on how severe it is, and the stay increases to nearly a year.
Take the Seasonal feeling and hold it close. Call up those family members, maybe even those you can't stand. Old HBM is here to tell you, it could be so very worst than it is.
