Got myself a good knee wrap that's designed for cold/hot therapy.

This one has magnets in it, and it actually works!

Wonders of wonders! Something that actually works the way it's advertised. Unbelievable!

Just in case, however, I have my Ben Gay ointment primed and ready.

I feel slightly giddy, to be rid of the continuous background pain I've had for a month or so now.

I'm ready to respond correctly and with a clear mind to the day's challenges.

As for my Business Site, I have yet to check it out, but I just had to let you guys know the great knews. (Ha-ha. This is better than any high, people!)
